Fir Tree Fishery - A variety of lakes

Fir Tree Fishery, Appley Bridge, Wigan has developed into one of the premier fisheries in the North West.

Over the many years they have been operational they have gone from one water through to now having a number of different and varied fishing holes including a specimen carp water, and a superb custom built water dedicated to disabled anglers.  This lake known as the Access for all Fishing and Education Lake has been designed in association with the British Disabled Angling Association (BDAA) and with support from the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA)

Fir Tree Fishery – civilised fishing

Fir Tree Fishery has a wide variety of species, including Roach, Barbel, Carp, Tench and the usual variety of match fishing fish.

Set in delightful and peaceful surroundings just off Junction 27 of the M6 Fir Tree Fishery is the ideal location for a peaceful and quite civilised fishing experience.
