Pendle View Fisheries situated as the name suggests has a perfect view of Pendle Hill in the heart of East Lancashire.
With three excellent lakes, two of which are stream fed from the surrounding hills, all the lakes are well established and have been around for a long time.
Originally the main lake was used to regulate the flow of water to avoid flooding of local villages it has since been a trout fishery and has been mostly run as a fishery ever since. The current owners have been in residence for over six years and have worked tirelessly to improve and upgrade the lakes, the standard of fishing and the overall experience for everyone.
With three lakes you are sure to find just the right fishing experience for you.
- The Specimen Lake – is renowned for it’s massive Carp with several at plus 20lb and some up to 40lb if you fish well you are in with a chance of bagging multiple Carp in one session. Add to this some large Perch, a few large Bream and the odd Eel and Pike the specimen Lake is a great place for big fish lovers.
- The Course Lake – is home to many different species of fish including Roach, Perch, Chub, Tench, Bream and Carp.
- The Fly Fishing Lake – Stocked with Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout and a few other specimens.
With a cafe on site and food delivery directly to your peg you are certainly well catered for.
